Casa Las Golondrinas sits on four levels on the front side of a hill overlooking the beautiful Bay of Tenacatita and the town of La Manzanilla. The villa has an unparalleled view over the entire town and bay, and is its own oasis of private tranquility, but close to it all.
The villa has an access road with gated garage level, as well as gated steps down to the town from the pool area. La Manzanilla shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach are a five minute stroll away, or an easy drive down the hill.
The accommodation is separated into two sides of the villa, providing lots of space for all guests.
These are the Main Casa, and Casa Iguana.
The Main Casa has a king bed master suite (Tortuga Room) on the upper level, with en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, and sitting area. The Tortuga room has a large private upper terrace with exceptional views, loungers and umbrellas, and a private stairway to the communal areas of the villa.
On the lower level of the Main Casa, there is a very spacious guest room (Delphin Room) with a king bed and two twins, plenty of room for all. A rainfall shower bathroom is situated just outside the Delfin Room.
Casa Iguana has a king bed master suite on the upper level, with a private terrace, an ample walk in closet area, en-suite bathroom, desk and sitting area.
On the lower level of Casa Iguana, there are two guest rooms with two twin beds in each, adjoining a shared bathroom. There is a secondary area with queen bed available, please ask about this area when making reservations if interested.
The villa has well planned areas for gatherings. On the lower level of the property there is a large interior living room that leads into a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens into the beautiful palapa, and there is an adjacent outdoor dining area with a pergola that can seat ten or more, and the expansive pool terrace below. The villa has a lush tropical garden with hammocks, and a BBQ zone.
